The problem is after they decided to liquidate then all went silence and never said anything about the outcome, at the time they couldn't find buyer and etc.... but then in legal terms what happens to the company, does VA hang around and just have some office parties every Friday nights or hand over the company to directors or just keep an eye on it once in a while and get highly paid....
