A fire-sale where the major secure creditors who are majority share holders get nothing if the mine is sold for less than $220M USD????? I highly doubt it as this is drag longer and longer with PoN starting to recover, that's why it hasn't been sold and been placed in C&M (with them funding the $4M p.a which is small change for them) for 2+ years. As they know the mine's is worth at least double that so you can completely rule this fire-sale (unless the sale is to themself?????) this never was or going to happen, especially now with the start of the PoN recovery by 20%!!!!!!

This was always their plan to wait until PoN recovery but are we retailers (along with the other substantial share holders & Lord Abett) part of their plan, my shares are still in the registry currently, are yours????
