Pasqual, I am sorry but I found your post a bit confusing. Are you saying that it is a good time to buy now? If that is what you are saying, then I totally disagree - anyone who buys right now is going to be catching a falling knife.
All of the macroeconomic data is pointing to further declines, and nothing is suggesting that there is going to be a return to the trend of increasing prices any time soon.
