    I am also assuming Albers is going to use the money raised from sale of 5% interest in Artemis to MEO to bring in some other of his private acreage plays into MOG...

    This is to derisk MOG given all its value is pretty much tied to Artemis...

    Given big stake Albers holds pretty sensible to derisk this by improving the portfolio...

    I also assume this would be done pre-Artemis spudding...
