Is anyone else seeing some quite good medium term value here? Their obviously in for a tough 12 months from this point on but will comfortably be able to maintain a decent dividend yield and I can't really see "community centre" style shopping centres suffering too much from the structural shift towards online once the worst of the virus washes through as the tenants surrounding the supermarkets are generally butchers/hair dressers/massage parlours etc. which there will still be a place for in the "new normal". I'd be interested to hear some other opinions as SCP doesen't seem to get much interest on here!
