Well, there is couple of things to keep in mind: - no independent asset re-valuation was done - quite a lot of debt repayment due for 2024 (bad) - gearing was reduced from 32 to 26% (good) - dividends not so great - they have a self declared NTA od 2.22$ per share in the last report, so not really a bargain
I think there's a bit more headwinds to come, maybe a buy below 2$
