New player in VRB? Just because a million traded? Any otehr evidence boot?

On the PCE side goody, my guess is that some of the placement went to some weak hands. My broker tells me Hartleys have been nett sellers recently . . . they'd be new acquirers if I recall accurately. Certainly not a dealer in recent months before the placement. Patetrsons remain holders . . so at least Rosie's money appears to be holding tight.
