here's a 'what if' scenario that would benefit loyal holders:
- CR at 28c
- Holder dumps stock assuming that they can buy their $15K allocation in SPP at 28c
- Further Announcement comes before SPP closes re NASDAQ listing
- SP skyrockets
- SPP oversubscribed and holder doesn't get his/her $15K allocation
- holder has to buy back in at, for this eg, 50c plus.
i'll be quietly holding my current stock and will apply for my SPP allocation should things go as planned.
