It is well orchestrated, the soph's will have their shares at a great discount to the yearly high. While the spp subscribers are waiting for the their allocation the price will be pumped/ announcements whatever, the soph's will unload,make their profit and move onto the next deal. The company's gets it's funds. The soph's have a win ,the company has a win and the spp guys are hoping the price is still up when they get their allocation before some decide to sell down to cash in for some profit. OMO
