    Hi G, That agreement with Illuka was in October 2003, and I wonder if it is still valid as there was no BFS in that period. If it is valid it would indeed inmy opinion undermine the agreement with BHP although I am not sure if they are interested in that particular technology. Good point though. Thoughts anyone would be appreciated. Cheers Desall.
