If they are selling capital assets to maintain the dividend then they must declare that as a return of capital.
I suspect you are simply part of the group trying to run down Wilson because his takeover of one or more LIC's poorly run and at large discounts has cost you access to fee income.
It was certainly good to those shareholders that got a good deal on the asset takeover.
