Very quiet so i'll chuck this in a to offer some optimism.

The notification from BSI said the referal would take 30 calender days, plus any additional time for questions that may be asked to the company.

With no announcement, and the company promised information as it was recieved, one can assume the MHRA has asked the company for further information. This can suggest the MHRA may be finding itsself capable of making a decision on the matter without refering the matter to the EMA.

If however the MHRA does still refer it onto the EMA then i'll be a bit pissed, that they didn't look at the matter in the first week and if finding it too difficult immediately refer it on. To refer it now just constitutes more time wasteing.
Trying to be optermistic, but the track record says prepare for the worst case scenario with anything other than that regarded as a bonus.
