Well this is how I see it.
1) TIS has not received any communication from the MHRA including requests for further information.Had this occurred the company would have put out an announcement.
2) TIS will not,and probably can't,make an announcement "We have no news"
3) The BSI is obviously an incompetent organization.It was BSI who said "CF mark certificate will issue shortly",then procrastinated and eventually passed the buck to MHRA.Once again it was the BSI who said that the MHRA process would take up to 30 days.Wrong again!
4) What does the latest delay mean?I think it means that the MHRA are still deciding between Rule 8 and Rule 13.Surely they would have notified TIS if they were referring the matter to EMA.
