Hi Thymus, I agree with everything but for your statement "TIS will not,and probably can't,make an announcement "We have no news"".

The ASX rules require discosure of information of which the entity becomes aware that a reasonable person would expect to have material impact on the price or value of the entity's securities.

We were informed on 8 August that the BSI and advised TIS that the MHRA review would take up to 30 calendar days plus any additional days necessary for questions and answers. The outcome of this review is absolutely critical for tIS as it means the difference between immediate commencemet of sales or further delays of an unspecified period.

The 30 days expired on 10 September, over a week ago.

If the 30 days has been extended because of questions and answers, this is material information that could impact on TIS's shares, as it gives guidance on a crucial regulatory process. Alternatively, if no questions have been asked and the 30 days has simply been unilaterally extended by the MHRA without communication with TIS or BSI, this too seems to me material information that could impact on TIS's shares. Again, it is guidance on a crucial regulatory process.

Even if the company were to conclude that a disclosure about where the regulatory process is not likely to have a material impact on the company's shares (a proposition I disagree with),there is absolutely nothing stopping TIS putting a news bulletin or similar on its website to keep investors informed.
