A friend of mine has already spoken to them directly. They have confirmed that TIS has not received any communication from the MHRA including requests for further information and had this occurred they would have put out an announcement.

When asked why they didnt make an announcement updating investors re situation, they said something about ASX rules not allowing it. My friend queried this given that the MHRA process is so important to the company. He also pointed out that even if perchance they werent allowed to give an ASX update, there was nothing stopping them updating shareholders via the TIS website. Was informed that they would take it up with the senior managemet team...
