not much we can do about the week from hell that's just passed. i think we need to focus on looking forward and take some comfort that the negotiations will/have started. i know the market has this 30 day figure in mind in relation to signing a possible JV with the JTC. it was mentioned that they would use "best effort" in trying to achieve it so let's not be too particular if we don't exactly hit this notional time frame. don't forget they're also in discussion with 5 other third parties so this potentially could drag on. The JTC don't have exclusivity in trying to do a deal with PLV despite being the preferred partner. looking at the weeks ahead i hope the company is more transparent about the progress of these discussions with the market.
