re: some info on gtg/patent insurance i understand that applera's patent breaching sales are approx USD2bio approx 5 to 6 times genzyme's sales that are affected by gtg's patents. now genzyme settled before the markman hearing,so now applera's
licence fee will be much higher because they have played hard ball,applera is going to have to pay up big time, hopefully in the many tens of mio USD.
