I'll just say your on the right track there. You can't honestly believe that brokers don't make small cap recommendations to their clients. Yes your right, we can not currently trade them, however alot of clients will purchase through their own means if the reward looks great enough. I'm very tempted to pick up another few mill at .008 before she runs, I'll see how she goes at the close today.
