No. It is currently the biggest resource of Neodymium and Praseodymium in the world. The SML wont get knocked back but may well have conditions that don't suit PEK so that is where the current risk is. Final processing at Teeside in UK is what PEK wants. Will the Tanzanian Govt allow this to happen or will they insist that final processing takes place on Tanzanian soil? Time will tell, always does says Pirra96.
