The problem is that these guys did not stop at owning property.
They have loans as well. Now some need to be repaid.
The trust must sell about half its properties in next six twelve months.
Also they have suspended distributions.

Given it is a forced seller at a bad time, it will be touch and go as to whether they will have anything left.
