I have some knowledge of RCR through a project I am working on and also hold some shares. I think they have been beaten pretty well on the market but they are in an uncertain industry at the moment. A good proportion of their revenue is maintenence contracts and will be minimally effected. The project and general engineering related revenue will see a downturn. I think there are lots of good buying opportunities at the moment if you have a 2 to 3 year time frame in mind and I think this is one of them.
