5 million traded on a company that has over 600 million issued and you call that a lot.
You should have a look at some other companies that do leak info and they trade multiple millions and tens of millions before an announcement on some occasions.
This is just a few traders knowing what a cheap prospect with substantial upside INL is.
1.5 million buy at .035 is only $52k i would not call that a big buy.
By the by we have known for weeks that an announcment will be forthcoming.........
