You're referring to Trump mainly I guess, and his wearing out of pen after pen with that signature - where did that come from, it doesn't look remotely like his name.
But fundamentals take more to shift than that. Turning economies like China, Europe, the US around involves a great deal of research and targeted policy and none of it happens overnight.
