    Global is showing some signs of pep all of a sudden....

    Nice break on the chart from consolidation.

    Drilling billion barrel targets with WPL later in the year. Looking for drill rig now.... Will rise strongly if they get their hands on a rig and with WPL as a partner is it not a question of if, but when.....
