    Hi they are waiting for some new legislation to come in that clears away the grey area regarding Capital Returns The share buyback is money for CREAM . Directors own nearly 55 percent of the company and are hoping to buy back 33 million shares in the next 12 months . They will not get mine and I was the buyer at the close who got the 50000 at .056 cents Maybe for the Super Fund Towie
