Firstly, I would like to know whether any patients in the earlier trial still have a viral load reduction all these years later. I know from past announcements that the benefit in some patients was sustained for very long periods indeed.
For VHL, >1Log is Awesome, >2 Log would completely blow me off my seat! Question for me will be whether it's for all patients, a specific indentifiable subset, or none at all.
Other therapeutic vaccines in development. Note that 0.5Log reduction, if statistically significant can excite.
