Since the initial post in this thread, both Shape and Servcorp share price have regularly outperformed the market, while continuing to pay a rather high dividend.
Despite their respective performances, these 2 stocks are still worth considering, as they have a high free cash flow yield, with no major short term concern regarding their business.
If we are looking for risks for these 2 companies : - Servcorp has a high exposure to Middle East (its main source of growth), but with no particular problem so far, - there are still questions regarding Shape ability to continue to improve its margin, in a very competitive sector. Several of their main shareholders are also selling a large amount of shares (without impacting the share price, which keeps going higher).
