Listing are dropping, wages over 10% up on last year, huge projects mooted up north , some $71 billion - plus a booming economy short of skilled people - that has to create a vacuum Australia wide - create more pressure on wages - immigration - no doubt Qld and South Australia would have similar scenarios developing - houses in WA being built below historical levels - just a matter of time if nothing untoward happens.
