JW was appointed in 2013, after the EGM stoush in 2012 and after cost cutting had been put in place there.

Interesting, JW and AB also were briefly together on the board of Admiralty Resources - JW was appointed 1/10/14 and AB resigned 28/11/14 there.

IM was on the board of Hudson with AB until 21/8/17 (around the time relations seemed to have soured at THC).

Hudson shares a business address with MMR corporate (advisors to the float of THC), and registered address of THC until 16/8/17. The new address is the office of Traverse Accountants, for whom JW works. Hudson owns the car park at 131 Macquarie Street (old address). Was there a conflict of interest in THC rented at Macquarie Street, or did AB just want to be close to his office with Hudson? I'm confused about the reference in the rebuttal as to AB's protestations to the change of address.

The board rooms of small caps seem to be very incestuous.
