Eerily similar...except Bioxyne's Phase 2 clinical trial (the main reason for the IPO) was halted after a short time because the therapeutic didn't work - at least not in the majority of patients in the trial. After the sp inevitably tanked, a large insto shareholder called for change and an EGM to remove and replace directors (including Radford and Mutton).
The insto lost the EGM motion because they couldn't get the vote (apparently it does happen?!).
So, kinda like the THC situation, insofar as Mutton, Radford and White were involved, but kinda nothing like it at all.
