They may have agreed a price above market to ensure the buyout of the remaining 10% minority partners but the outstanding news in our favour is the All In Sustainable Cost they used in their calculations.... $1,167 AUD per oz; from memory that represents around double the estimated RXL costs per oz.
I note from the RMS announcement, they expect to make 100% profit on that purchase (based on a minable recovery rate of 88.4%.
In using only the figures from our current documented gold resource of1,200,000 ozs (840,000 being our 70% share)
Applying a recovery rate of 85% leaves 714,000 ozs
Using an AISC of $700 to allow for plant and equipment
Estimated gold price of $2,300 AUD per oz
Expected buyout to be only25% of the value, not the rate RMS used for the Tampia project
This would give us a resource worth (hypothetically) over $410,000,000
Our market cap today is $74,000,000 and that includes the Nickel.
