Vexing question niz.....I and some others have discussed this at length; even send emails to US based journalists to enquire as to the reasons.
Never any answers or comments received.
My personal view is that PEN is an Australian only listed company, so is over the horizon for most US based speccy stock investors; hence the lack of attention.
I guess there are some other ideas out there too, so I'd be keen to hear them.
