Update:
Emailed the company yesterday arvo using the email address on the website. I just asked if the remaining shortfall shares would be issued. Got a response from a director late last night which stated that issuing those shares would need to be in the best interests of the company, and given the current share price this would not be the case.
I was initially thinking another MEU situation would eventuate but perhaps not with these guys. They seem to have integrity and have been around for a while so are not just in it to make a quick buck. I like that the director responded so quickly too. MC still quite low and a fair bit going on.
I suspect the retrace on Friday was partly due to the potential shortfall shares being issued. Will be watching the direction on Monday.
