some interesting research......

Seeing as its a miserable day on the Costa del Blackpool, have been doing some digging around the ''A''s on Wasabi and Aviva.....

I hold XTR listed on the LSE, it has a large stake in ASX listed MEO as well as below.....

''A'' XTR 1 September 2006

Xtract is to acquire 81,511,422 ordinary shares in Wasabi (representing 19.5% of Wasabi's issued ordinary share capital) for a total consideration of
approximately #0.8 million in Loan Notes.

Xtract is to acquire 61,500,000 ordinary shares in Aviva (representing 18.6% of
Aviva's issued ordinary share capital) and options over 10,000,000 Aviva shares
exercisable at a price of A$0.10 per share for a total consideration of
approximately #1.6 million in Loan Notes.

''A'' XTR 16 November 2006

Xtract has agreed to sell its holding of 61.5 million ordinary shares in Aviva
Corporation Limited, together with an interest in a steel-making technology, to
Wasabi in exchange for the issue to Xtract by Wasabi of 175 million new Wasabi
ordinary shares together with 25 million warrants exercisable at a price of
A$0.03 per Wasabi share.

Following this transaction (which is conditional on the approval of Wasabi's
shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting) and a proposed fundraising by
Wasabi, Xtract will hold 256,511,422 Wasabi ordinary shares (representing
approximately 41.6 per cent. of Wasabi's proposed enlarged issued share
capital).

So there you have it, pick the bones out of that.....still no EGM at Wasabi as far as I can see....
