The parent share has had much the same downward trend

it has had some good days of late and up a further 8% last night, with its last close at $18.19
So the USA share has recovered and in fact risen 50% from its low and looking strong for a further come back

my conclusion is that it should also recover by at least 50% from its low and return back to at least $1.30 quickly, a price that is still below the recent issue of $1.38
I also feel that someone is collecting cheap shares very slowly, the market depth only ever has 150,000 shares on offer for sale, so a big buyer can not buy large amounts without cleaning out the entire sell side of the market depth which would push the price back over $1.40, but when some one places a 100k sell into the depth on one pricing level it quick gets taken out, this was the case yesterday at .95
