I really think Ongkili needs to give some clarificaion on how much time this means, if its 6 months then Lynus need to say this is unacceptable (as an example).
NC needs to make him realise that this is costing us money every day this goes on, compensation? I was under the impression that the lamp was firing up ready for pre-commission.
