the simple fact is, that NEO is on the nose. It hasn't been able to get past 5c for ages, its sp has been steadily falling, the recent spp was a failure, test results are not what people wanted to hear, and its jv partner OPL is also stagnating. Believe me, if they were getting the results people expect from testing, the stock would be rocketting, and it's not, it's all sliding downhill. Recent price action is ominous to say the least.
these people need to release good news real fast, or it's back sub 4c in a hurry.
