    10. Why?

    Because even the copper assets alone are worth double the SP. Not forgetting an oil refinery, diamonds, I/O, gold, and if that's not enough, high valuations from Price waterhouse coopers, the SP has dropped 70% in 2 months on no news except placements 'at a premium'. Can't simply blame a bear market for this, does not add up, smells fishy, and at the very least is way oversold.
