Explorer 1 at least you make mention to the Africans. They seem to be left a bit on the side lines with all the "commings and goings" and the lack of any semblance of successful negotiations in finalising the requirements of a SIA that was flawed from the start. No non refundable deposit.
However my concern is Guilio's statement in the announcement. “Sundance believes that it continues to receive support from the Governments of Cameroon
and the Republic of Congo and from China for this Project."
I would have preferred not to see "believes"?
Have the board been in constant contact with Cameroon & Congo governments or not?
