    Hi,

    The changing of ADR ratio is a cryptic clue about raising money on the USA side. No one will touch a 15 to 17 cent stock but hey if it is $1.50 stock then they can raisemoney say at $1.00 an ADR. Company seems to be in a tight corner and most probably will need to raise money to meet its loan conditions
