In my view TB has the option to take a pay cut in line with drop in POO.
The reverse split in adr's was along time coming and in my view a sensible and prudent move.
A pay cut in the current environment for all directors would show our banking backers as well as investors that management is willing to meet current market forces sensibly with a view to enabling our coy a long term future.
