    According to Dobro, ? might sound like the reason for CVI's recent good fortune. ?'s teamup with MS has clearly opened many doors. Maybe ? had a hand in securing the $100mil facility in such a short time frame and in such a market.

    Future looks bright for CVI with MS and ? teamup!
