Do you understand the reason why Cityview has taken the approach to gradually increase their interest in the Logonjo and Ucua license? Initially by paying Dale Holdings 20mil shares for 30% interest and then gradually lifting CVI interest.
It appears the angolan parties wanted CVI to have and pay for these licenses for one reason or another.
To me, its apparent there is alot of deals and license swapping but little or no real project development. This seems to be the case with Simba Mines...since they acquired some leases from Zebra Copper, they have done nothing in terms of project development.
So my concern is this...will CVI just be another one of those companies which is just part of the deals and swapping going on with ultimately no real physical work done on exploring and bring the project into production?
Its all good and well we are getting these leases, but we don't seem to be developing them. For example the North Matanda deal...its been suggested on HC that Ph72 could be offered up for a deal to snare the Niger Delta, hence more deals and swapping, but no real project development.
What's other people's thought on this? These deals do seem complicated and I hope CVI is not ultimately taken for a ride by these shadowy holding companies in the background...
