Yes, as always, that doesn't call for optimism from me. I am very pleased with the progress over the last year, but I believe that after well over 15 years of development here, the interested market as well as the existing investors want something "tangible".

Not just a declaration of intent, no prospects or hopeful expectations. We need facts. What will Speewah really bring us and what will it cost to develop it. How do we pay for it? Can Grant keep the management together until we have something tangible on the table?So only when facts or figures are known and we can start with some of that, only then do I expect a reassessment from the market.

That's why I'm holding back for 2024 in the hope that others might be more right No matter how it turns out, I'm excited and have new hope that this could be something. Whether it's '24, '25 or '26, that wouldn't be so important to me, the main thing is that the project starts to roll and slowly builds up so that we can all benefit from it in the end.
