John! Western Mining came up with the Chieftain Prospect after defining a 400m wide anomaly at >50ppb Au,this area is characterised by a dextral jog in an interpreted thrust fault that also appears to the northwest of the Plutonic Deposit. Great Central also did some exploration in the area before that,and drilled a few holes,interesting is that one hole JRB 212 returned Au assays of 16m at 3.44g/t but for whatever reason the records say it could'nt be repeated,so this remains unexplained and was concluded at the time that it was the result of labratory error's.
IMHO,this Chieftain Prospect area is very under-explored and could prove to be very interesting.
