This is senetas and has been for at least a decade - sp rises on news of new contracts,new research,new products,new forecasts,new directors ( or ridding old directors eg FG ).Everyone gets excited for 5 minutes then nothing and back goes the sp The moment over until next time.
Until $$$$$$ get reported and the paperwork is turned into real live profits,canny investors sit back & do nothing.
The only winners are the daytraders who have SEN on their radar and exploit the optimists for short term gains.
In the heydays when SEN was the "market darling" 10 - 15 m shares were turning over daily.
Until some real volume is generated,usually evidence that something is about to happen we will be stuck in the sub 4c.
