There are a couple of ways to look at it.
1. The price was deliberately trashed by Ken Talbot when he was voted off the board.
2. It has not really recovered from that
3. The 2 new major players RedRock and Pallinghurst are in at mid 20's
4. This price is the aim over very short term(over next couple of weeks)
After that who knows.... If they make JMS their home base in Australia (which it well looks like) you might be better puttng them in the bottom draw.... could be anything.
Just for your own research have a look at Redrock and Pallinghurst home page and look at their intentions.
If they rebadge JMS.... Pallinghurst.... we are talking big dollars
