A more interesting question might be can we be sure that Albidon is receiving all of the revenues genuinely due?
How do WE know that Jinchuan & Albidon are being straight up with us & that the tonnage reported as being sold is the REAL tonnage mined, & that we are not 'losing some' along the way? We know that Albidon is being run directly by Jinchuan, Jinchuan take all of the offtake, Jinchuan hold all of the debt, Jinchuan is the controlling majority shareholder, the Albidon board is 3/4 (at least) Jinchuan!
It is all too cosy & should be thoroughly examined. I am not saying that anything untoward is going on, but I can not be sure - can you?
Change is needed, the setup is rotten to the core.
