    MD .. valuing ACE will be IMO an art form. I suspect they will strip out of the market cap a value estimate of all the other assets within the portfolio. What's left = markets value of ACE. Notably, the market cap will be post final determination...

    To keep it real simple I said ACE was worth AGS less its cash balance. I attached zip to anything else in the AGS portfolio.
