    I've got it now to get a 25.1% stake in ACE all they need to do is pay the value of AGS shares at a 5% discount at the time. Its a very good deal for Itochu and a strategic move for AGS ie we need them.

    The 25.1% with ACE, will have a greater effect on AGS's share price going forward(Negatively)imo The cream is being skimmed away, so to speak, but as I said we need them if we get the 75% BACK.
